You don’t need to go to Bora Bora when you can just make it in your kitchen and enjoy on the sofa and watching TV. We can go on vacation once or twice a year, but we can have this smoothie every day. Okay, we could all go on vacation right now, but for the moment, this smoothie will do.

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Use a blender or a travel beach blender*, add some ice cubes. Optional – Shot rum.
